In this role, you will lead strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple lines of business, shaping high-impact search campaigns that drive growth and engagement. You’ll be responsible for managing large-scale budgets, developing data-driven bidding strategies, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates. Working cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative teams, you’ll leverage automation, testing, and deep performance analysis to maximize ROAS and drive continuous growth. What you’ll do:

Strategy and Project Leadership

  • Lead data driven growth initiatives and optimization projects, ensuring clear objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build structured project plans for testing, data analysis, and optimization efforts, ensuring timely execution and delivery of insights.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, and new opportunities through data analysis and market research, informing future strategy roadmaps.

Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance at granular levels (keyword, audience, geo, device) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and scaling opportunities.
  • Develop models to evaluate bid strategies (tROAS, tCPA) and recommend optimizations to improve cost efficiency and lead quality.
  • Conduct cohort analyses and down-funnel impact assessments to measure true campaign ROI and LTV contributions.
  • Drive structured A/B testing frameworks across bidding, targeting, and ad copy to validate hypotheses and improve campaign performance.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and analytics stakeholders to align on data sources, event tagging, and testing methodology.
  • Partner with SEM Account Managers to deliver insight-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and growth.
  • Inform creative testing plans by identifying high-impact messaging and audience segments through data analysis.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics).
  • 6+ years of SEM analytics experience in a performance-driven environment (agency or in-house).
  • Advanced skills in Google Ads reporting, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Ads reporting environments.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience with visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) preferred.
  • Deep understanding of attribution modeling, bidding algorithms (tROAS, tCPA), and paid search auction mechanics.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and intellectually curious.
