Job description

What we're looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Growth Analyst to join our growing software sales team and drive SaaS revenue growth. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth through subscription sales. Ideal candidates combine strong business acumen with a technical mindset and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to convert marketing qualified leads into customers.
  • Define short-term and long-term goals for named accounts to achieve software and services revenue targets.
  • Develop account-specific strategies aligned with customer buyer journeys, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Qualify and manage a personal pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Own the end-to-end subscription sales cycle, from prospecting to pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Evaluate customer needs, present ROI, and mitigate risks to drive conversions.
  • Guide customers through the buying process, highlighting the value of the AI product.
  • Develop stakeholder strategies and build influential networks within customer accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing high-value deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing to refine sales strategies.
  • Report on sales metrics, client feedback, and market trends to inform go-to-market efforts.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in B2B software sales or business development.
  • Experience in solution or enterprise sales with strong understanding of the full software sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and client relationship management.
  • Business acumen with the ability to lead customer relationships and deliver compelling presentations and demos.
  • Understanding of software pricing models and proficiency in using CRMs.
  • Familiarity with software integrations, AI/ML workflows, REST APIs, and cloud platforms is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of ownership with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
