Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Group Product Manager for the Member Coverage & Support Platform in Los Angeles. You will own a large, technically complex product area spanning coverage data integrations, billing workflows, and support tools used by members and agents.

Lead and grow a team of product managers, partner with Engineering, Operations, Data, and Design, and drive end-to-end platform initiatives that scale for seasonal peaks while improving member experience and operational performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading technical platform products, internal tools, workflow systems, APIs, or integrations.
• Experience managing complex product areas with multiple stakeholders, systems, and operational dependencies.
• Strong communication skills; ability to translate technical complexity into business strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Oscar’s Member Coverage & Support platforms.
• Lead product strategy across technical systems that support member coverage, billing, payments, service workflows, integrations, and APIs.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product managers.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Data, Design, and business leadership to modernize legacy tools and improve platform scalability, usability, and reliability.
• Improve tools and workflows that help support teams resolve member issues quickly and accurately.
• Drive improvements in operational and member experience outcomes (first call resolution, call duration, escalation rates).
• Develop product strategies for evolving support models including AI for simpler inquiries and more complex cases requiring human agents.
• Translate complex concepts into clear priorities and narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Make roadmap/resource tradeoffs across a broad, seasonal product surface.
• Identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve end-to-end member journeys.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
