Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign, lead, and participate in daily grounds maintenance activities.
• Coordinate pesticide applications and irrigation repairs.

• Oversee flower beds, drainage, athletic fields, and safety compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections for quality and timeliness of work.
• Document inspections and report to Landscape Manager.
• Assist in annual employee evaluations based on performance.
• Set priorities and campus-wide quality standards for plant care.
• Train new employees and conduct ongoing staff training.
• Direct staff on operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Provide demonstrations before hands-on training with riding equipment.
