Job summary

North Wind Group in Piketon, Ohio, is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor for a Regular Full Time role. You will supervise maintenance personnel, oversee grounds activities, ensure safety compliance, and manage data entry in the CMMS. DOE L clearance eligibility is required.

Responsibilities include staffing, performance management, and operating CDL-eligible equipment as needed, with attention to environmental, health, and safety requirements. Overtime may occur during mowing seasons.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years related work experience, including two years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience in grounds maintenance, construction, mechanical/electrical maintenance, HVAC, excavation, or safety roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and accomplish efficient, effective infrastructure maintenance.
• Provide direct oversight for grounds maintenance activities and other tasks as assigned.
• Ensure personnel have information, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Supervise staff, including staffing and performance management.
• Enforce safety, security policies and work rules.
• Safely operate equipment requiring CDL when necessary.
• Maintain ES&H compliance and safety communication.
• Operate maintenance management software for daily data entry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
