The GreenFields Continuing Care Community in Lancaster, NY is seeking a Grounds Supervisor to lead a team responsible for keeping multiple campuses safe, attractive, and functional year-round for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will oversee landscaping, building maintenance, snow removal, and general grounds upkeep; supervise and train staff, coordinate schedules, manage equipment and supplies, and communicate with facility leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscaping and snowplowing.
• 2+ years experience as crew leader/foreman.
• Valid New York State driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Supervises grounds and building maintenance across multiple campuses.
• Oversees snow removal and outdoor safety; operates and trains on heavy equipment as needed.
• Trains staff and manages daily work schedules; coordinates with facilities leadership.
• Maintains records of projects, requisitions, and purchases; oversees equipment maintenance.
• Ensures campus cleanliness and resident safety; coordinates with Executive Director and Directors of Facilities.
