Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 2-year degree or 3 years of commercial landscape experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety equipment standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property to the standards expressed by the company's goals.
• Oversee maintenance of landscape areas, hardscapes, turf, pastures, trails, fences, and water amenities.
• Maintain plant material using horticultural practices.
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems.
• Coordinate weed control using pre- and post-emergent herbicides in beds and turf.
• Oversee exterior buildings, pool, and outdoor furniture.
• Coordinate cleanup of fireplaces and distribution of firewood.
• Coordinate furniture moving and setup for outdoor events.
• Supervise Grounds Team in the absence of the Grounds Manager.
