Job summary

Blackberry Farm is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to sustain the exterior upkeep and five-star appearance of all on-site buildings in Walland, TN. Duties include pressure washing, window cleaning, light painting, fence repair, roof gutters, cobweb removal, and mold treatment as needed.

Requires a High School diploma and some vocational courses; teamwork and guest-focused service are essential. This is a full-time on-site role with physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 lbs and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Should have some vocational courses related to the position.
• Basic math skills and ability to troubleshoot building systems.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Pressure washing exterior surfaces and windows.
• Cleaning inside/outside windows and gutters.
• Minimal painting and fence repair as needed.
• Cleaning rooftops and gutters and removing cobwebs.
• Some mold/mildew treatment and general maintenance.
• Work with team to ensure a five-star appearance of all buildings.
