Job summary

Blackberry Mountain in Walland, TN is hiring a Grounds Supervisor to assist the Grounds Manager with grooming, maintenance, and upkeep of the property. You will oversee landscapes, irrigation, and outdoor amenities while supervising crew members and coordinating events.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-year degree or 3 years of landscape experience, and OSHA safety knowledge. This is a full-time, on-site role with responsibility for budget parameters and equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two-year degree or three years’ commercial landscape experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety equipment standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property to the standards expressed by the company goals.
• Oversee landscape, turf areas, trails, fences, and water features.
• Maintain plant material and irrigation systems using horticultural practices.
• Coordinate pre- and post-emergent weed control in beds and turf.
• Supervise Grounds Team during Grounds Manager’s absence.
