Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Four years of experience.
• Licensure/Certifications: Valid VA driver’s license; equipment training and OSHA testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Grounds, prioritize tasks, assign work to crews, and provide feedback.
• Plan and oversee HR functions, including hiring and performance evaluations.
• Estimate labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Maintain workplace safety and policy compliance; participate in OSHA programs.
• Record and track work using computer and mobile applications.
• Manage landscape maintenance operations including weed control, mulching, watering, and storm water management.
• Supervise 6–10 staff members and oversee contracted landscape services.
• Coordinate snow and ice removal efforts.
