MPI is seeking a Building and Construction Superintendent to lead daily field operations on ground-up commercial projects in the Pennsylvania market, spanning healthcare, industrial, mixed-use, retail, educational, and corporate office sectors. The role requires managing site work, foundations, concrete, steel, MEP, and finishes, while driving schedule adherence and safety compliance.

Competenze

2+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
Proven success leading ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $5M+.
Strong knowledge of site development, concrete, structural steel, and commercial building systems.
Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating complex project schedules.
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
Working knowledge of scheduling software and construction management platforms.
OSHA 30 Certification required or ability to obtain.
Strong understanding of quality control, safety compliance, and project sequencing.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
