Job summary

MPI, a privately held construction management firm, seeks a Superintendent for ground-up projects in the Seacoast NH & ME region, based around Plymouth. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, lead on-site teams, and keep projects moving safely and on schedule.

You will coordinate trade coordination, scheduling, safety compliance, and quality control, working closely with the Project Manager and Project Executive to align budgets and goals, while building strong client and architect

Qualifications

• Lead on-site field operations for ground-up projects (2–20M).
• Strong ability to lead subcontractors and maintain a highly organized jobsite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Procore proficiency preferred or willingness to learn.
• Steady tenure and long-term hiring focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on site field operations for ground up projects from two to twenty million dollars
• Manage day to day trade coordination, scheduling, logistics and quality control
• Oversee safety compliance, site planning and subcontractor performance
• Build strong working relationships with clients, architects and site partners
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Executive to ensure alignment on budget, schedule and project goals
• Maintain detailed daily logs and documentation through Procore
• Represent the company professionally as the on site leader
