Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years of ground-up GC experience.
• Related degree preferred.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and communicate with owners, design teams, and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scope, schedule, and financial performance across projects.
• Drive RFIs, submittals, clarifications, and change documentation.
• Implement safety expectations and reporting on site.
• Lead meetings with Superintendents and trade partners.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and cost-to-complete tracking.
