Responsibilities

• Take the lead on productivity issues and monitor work performance to ensure plans and schedule are followed.
• Develop construction plans to manage subcontractor activities.
• Ensure compliance with design requirements on site.
• Supervise and coordinate field engineering and construction activities.
• Apply sound hiring procedures and manage staffing.
• Enforce project schedules, budgets and commissioning of systems.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality standards.
• Enforce company safety standards and on-site policies.
• Document injuries and file Incident/Accident Reports.
• Advise senior management of potential problems and help resolve conflicts.
