Responsibilities

Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system and support implementation of business processes.
Requirement Gathering—conduct discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical requirements.
Feasibility Analysis—review functional documents, note constraints, and prepare impact summaries for potential changes.
Solution Design—identify customization requirements across modules and link to technical requirements.
Configuration and Customisation—execute customizations and support implementation of business processes.
Technology Harmonisation—participate in integration design across modules and assess data flow between applications.
Troubleshooting and optimisation—analyze performance issues and optimize configurations, queries, or integrations.
Documentation—create detailed functional and technical documentation including design and process documents.
