Job summary

Weaver is seeking an IT Manager to join its Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team in Dallas, TX. You will lead day-to-day IT risk engagements, supervise Associates and Senior Associates, and coordinate IT general controls, audits, and regulatory requirements for client systems.

The role involves travel based on client needs and interaction with ERP systems such as Oracle, Dynamics 365, SAP, and NetSuite to strengthen control environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MIS, CS or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting with an active professional license (CPA, CISA, and/or CISSP).
• Advanced knowledge of SOX 404a/404b testing, SOC guides, GAAP, and IIA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day engagement objectives and manage teams of Associates and Senior Associates across concurrent engagements.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and manage engagement economics, schedules, and deliverables.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support engagements and build Weaver's local market presence.
