Clearsulting LLC is hiring a Consulting Manager for Governance, Risk & Compliance (Workiva) in Dallas/Fort Worth. The role leads end-to-end implementations, manages multiple workstreams, and engages executive stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable Workiva GRC solutions.

We value 6+ years of hands-on GRC experience, strong SOX and internal controls knowledge, and proven project leadership. Hybrid or remote options available, with a 20% travel expectation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Workiva GRC software in a client-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, SOX/compliance, internal audit, ERM, and policy management.
• Experience leading requirements workshops and translating requirements into system designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Workiva GRC (Controls, Audit, Risk, and Policies).
• Manage project delivery across scope, timelines, risks, and multiple workstreams.
• Conduct client discovery sessions to gather requirements and identify pain points.
• Translate business and compliance needs into scalable Workiva GRC designs.
• Oversee configuration, data setup, workflows, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary client lead, driving design decisions and executive communications.
• Ensure quality delivery via documentation oversight, UAT, go-live readiness, training, and post-implementation support.
