Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 in the Infosys Financial Services unit across multiple U.S. locations including Plano and Richardson. You will work with client and internal teams to resolve incidents, assess infrastructure, and design scalable IT solutions.

The role requires governance, risk, and controls experience in financial services, strong project management, and the ability to document end-to-end processes and controls while coordinating with onsite and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Governance, Risk, and Controls (GRC) programs in financial services or other regulated environments.
• Ability to partner with business and technology teams to identify, document, and improve processes and procedures.
• Experience documenting process flows, procedures, risk assessments, and control inventories.
• Strong project management and coordination skills, including tracking deliverables and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and document findings with preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare actionable assessment reports, and support due diligence to document maturity and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the design of scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation for deployed systems.
• Align release schedules and environment readiness, execute deployments as per protocols, and perform post-deployment testing.
