Job summary

9nexus is seeking a Grafana Lead to spearhead monitoring and observability initiatives in the United States. The role focuses on designing Grafana dashboards and monitoring solutions, integrating Prometheus, and establishing standards for alerts, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

68+ years of experience in monitoring, observability, or DevOps.
Strong hands-on experience with Grafana.
Experience with Prometheus and metrics-based monitoring.
Good understanding of Linux, cloud environments, and infrastructure monitoring.
Experience with alerting, dashboards, logs, and performance monitoring.
Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Grafana dashboards and monitoring solutions.
Develop dashboards for application, infrastructure, and business metrics.
Work with Prometheus and other monitoring/observability tools.
Define monitoring standards, alerts, and performance KPIs.
Troubleshoot performance and production issues using monitoring and observability data.
Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, Application, and Data Engineering teams.
Lead technical discussions and guide team members on monitoring best practices.
