Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Superintendent for the grading division to direct field personnel, ensuring safety and production goals on multiple Southeast projects. You will guide foremen, coordinate with engineers, and manage scheduling, materials and MSHA compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and ability to oversee several projects across varied locations while communicating effectively with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience directing field crews on construction projects.
• Knowledge of MSHA and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across the Southeast region.
• Ability to supervise foremen and operators.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field activities while ensuring safety, quality and schedule goals.
• Build team atmosphere and support foremen and operators.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer for timely material delivery and layouts.
• Maintain MSHA compliance and on-site paperwork.
