Job summary

Sunrock Industries is seeking a Grading Foreman to supervise grading crews on installation and construction projects. You will plan, schedule, and review tasks, ensuring safety and quality while coordinating with subcontractors as needed.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to MSHA/OSHA guidelines, and the ability to manage paperwork and timelines. Expect day or night shifts, potential weekends, and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience required.
• OSHA 10 hour preferred.
• Current North Carolina Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise grading crew and subcontractors on projects.
• Plan and schedule work and approve tasks.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain site organization and paperwork.
• Submit crewmembers' timesheets by deadline.
