Duininck Companies seeks a Grading Foreman to plan each day, clearly communicate tasks to the crew, supervise grading operations, and ensure safe, high‑quality execution of heavy civil work on our asphalt and road projects.

As a working foreman you will coordinate crews, review time sheets, address issues with HR when needed, maintain equipment readiness, interact professionally with the public, and be prepared to travel to job sites across Texas with possible overnight stays.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related skill, knowledge and experience in heavy civil operations construction.
