Job summary

Duininck Texas is hiring a Grading Foreman to supervise a grading crew on heavy civil projects across North and West Texas. You will plan daily activities, ensure safety, coordinate crews, verify time sheets, and maintain quality workmanship while traveling to job sites.

A strong background in heavy civil construction and the ability to operate heavy equipment is required. We offer a year-round full-time role with competitive pay starting at $75,000 per year, plus benefits including health

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related skill, knowledge and experience in heavy civil operations construction.

Responsibilities

• Plan out each day and communicate to the crew members what activities are to be accomplished.
• Coordinate, direct and lead workers engaged in the construction activities.
• Supervise crews to obtain top quality workmanship, efficiency, employee satisfaction, morale, communication, commitment, teamwork and pride.
• Review and verify employee time sheets for accuracy before submitting to the timekeepers/Payroll.
• Follow daily Foreman procedures and protocols as set forth in orientations and trainings.
