Job summary

Cross Creek Golf & Country Club in Southwest Florida is seeking a Head Golf Professional to lead all golf operations, provide private and group instruction, oversee the pro shop, organize events, and uphold superb member and guest experiences on our par-60 executive course.

The ideal candidate will have PGA membership, proven head/pro role experience, strong teaching and player development skills, retail/operations leadership, and proficiency with golf management software and POS systems.

Qualifications

• PGA of America membership or active PDP participation.
• Proven track record as Head Golf Professional or equivalent.
• Strong teaching and player development experience.
• Experience in retail and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Provide private and group lessons, clinics, and junior/adult programs.
• Oversee daily pro shop operations, merchandising, and POS.
• Manage tee sheets, starters, rangers, and pace of play.
• Organize member tournaments and events.
• Deliver exceptional member and guest service.
