Job summary

Eagle Landing Golf Club in Orange Park, FL is seeking a Head Golf Professional to oversee all facets of the golf operation and lead a dedicated team within Troon’s hospitality-focused environment. You will manage tee sheets, tournaments, player services, instruction programs, and the club's Golf Committee, while fostering outstanding member and guest relations and driving golf programs forward.

• Minimum of three years as 1st Assistant Golf Professional or Head Golf Professional.
• Minimum of two years directly responsible for tournament operations and setup.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 3–5 years related experience in golf operations management.
• PGA/LPGA Active Membership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and maintains all facets of the golf operation and leads golf staff.
• Promotes member and guest relations to enhance the golf experience.
• Manages tee sheets, tournaments, practice facilities, and cart fleet.
• Plans and executes member/outside tournaments; mentors assistants.
• Communicates with Golf Committee and maintains records.
