Talking Rock Club in Prescott, AZ is seeking a full-time Golf Course Superintendent. You will oversee maintenance, operations and budgeting for the course, ensuring high-quality playing conditions and resource stewardship.

You will lead staff, plan long-range maintenance, and coordinate with the Troon organization to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of agronomy and turfgrass management practices.
• Thorough understanding of golf facility construction principles and practices.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Leads the construction and maintenance of the golf course(s).
• Leads maintenance and repair of equipment used on the golf course.
• Provides professional advice and services to the facility's board or managing body.
