Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks a Senior GNSS Systems Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on GNSS, RF, and PNT expertise. You will own the GNSS subsystem end-to-end, lead TT&C design, and collaborate with suppliers to deliver a satellite-based PNT service across S-Band and L-Band.

Responsibilities include requirements definition, hardware acceptance, and time transfer accuracy in nanoseconds, with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and integration with ground terminals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional GNSS/systems engineering experience.
• Hands-on work with multiple GNSS constellations (GPS/GLONASS/Galileo) at signal and systems level.
• Proven track record in precision time transfer systems with nanosecond accuracy.
• Experience with Kalman filter-based navigation/time solutions in real systems.
• RF hardware development cycles with external suppliers and flight-qualification planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead GNSS subsystem architecture from requirements to hardware acceptance.
• Own TT&C subsystem and time transfer design for the service.
• Define system-level performance budgets and validation plans.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver ground terminal interfaces.
