Job summary

Amen Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks a senior leader to manage a world-class wireless communication systems engineering team for the Amazon Leo project. You will oversee RF/PHY/DSP, 3GPP stack design, and ML/AI innovations for a satellite-based network, with a focus on LEO constellations and NTN integration.

You will guide system architecture, hardware/software integration, and collaborate with standards bodies (3GPP, O-RAN) to define next-generation satellite communication solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of management experience in wireless systems.
• 10+ years of wireless technology development.
• 3+ years managing a wireless systems engineering team.
• Experience leading systems research and design for 4G/5G NR.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop top wireless communication systems talent.
• Manage the systems team responsible for developing new technology, solutions and algorithms.
• Develop and maintain system and link level simulations.
