Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, design, development, and management of complex systems.
• Experience in system architecture, requirements, and design.
• Active US government security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative details and career development for group members.
• Lead, mentor, conduct performance evaluations.
• Write job requisitions and hire staff as required.
• Shape Draper’s technology offerings and new business areas.
