Qualifications

• Experience in GMP regulated manufacturing environment and supervisory role.
• Ability to interpret specifications and blueprints for processes.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities.
• Monitor safety and enforce procedures and rules.
• Counsel employees and address job-skill deficiencies.
• Requisition materials and maintain equipment parts.
• Supervise training in safety and maintenance techniques.
• Ensure client documentation is accurate and complete.
• Provide technical support to ensure compliant operations.
• Develop customer relations and promote MTG services.
• Attend leadership meetings and report on project status.
