Job summary

Northrop Grumman Intelligence Systems Division is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Program2 to lead planning and execution of the supply chain strategy for a Program or portfolio of Programs in Oxnard, CA. This is an onsite role with a 9/80 schedule and no relocation provided.

The GSC PM will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop material strategies, manage budgets and risk, and ensure timely delivery of materials and subcontracted services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 8 years of supply chain, program management, procurement, purchasing or closely related experience.
• At least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of general procurement and subcontract execution workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the supply chain strategy for a program or portfolio of programs.
• Leads procurement planning for subcontracts and materials and aligns GSC resources.
• Monitors supply chain metrics and supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manages financials including budget and milestones forecasting.
• Acts as main focal point for PMO and coordinates cross-functional mitigation plans.
• Ensures complete schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and subcontract strategies before execution.
