Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Global Supply Chain Program Manager 3 in Magna, UT. This on-site role is responsible for strategy, planning, budget, and execution of material and services for a strategic program.

You will lead cross-functional teams with engineering, operations, and quality to ensure on-time delivery within budget. Travel up to 15–25% is expected; relocation assistance is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in program management or related field.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years in program management or related field; in lieu of degree 4+ years may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global supply chain program scope, budget, and schedules.
• Manage material budgets, resources, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Lead material strategy and budget negotiations with PMO.
• Ensure complete program plans with schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies.
• Brief PMO and executives on status and corrective actions.
• Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
