Northrop Grumman Intelligence Systems Division is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Program 2 to join our team in Oxnard, CA. This onsite role requires leading the planning and execution of supply chain strategy for multiple programs.

You will develop procurement plans, manage metrics, supplier performance, and budgets while coordinating with the PMO to mitigate risks. The position operates on a 9/80 schedule with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 8 years in supply chain or program management.
• At least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of procurement and subcontract execution workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan procurement for subcontracts and material and align GSC resources.
• Develop procurement plan and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead teams to meet program cost and schedule targets.
• Coordinate with PMO and executives on status and risks.
• Negotiate with suppliers to establish lead times and schedules.
