Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 for the Palm Beach Gardens, FL facility. The role leads material strategy, program execution, and cross-functional coordination to meet commitments and mitigate supplier risks.

The successful candidate will oversee budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies, while driving LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement across the supply chain team.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience with US defense procurement requirements (FAR/DFAR).
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develops the material strategy and ensures complete schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement strategies before program execution.
• Leads supply chain program execution with resource planning, cost, forecasting, and risk management.
• Briefs PMO and executive management on program cost and schedule status.
• Leads processes and systems that drive performance and execution.
