Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cyber security teams in a 24x7 SOC
• Experience in MSSP/MDR environments preferred
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and enforce SOC processes for 24x7 operations
• Manage shift coverage and global SLAs to ensure continuous operations
• Lead analyst training programs for onboarding and skill-building
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Support on security initiatives
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to SOC analysts
• Develop, track and report on Security OKRs
