Stafford Technology in Dublin, OH seeks a SOC Team Lead to supervise 24/7 monitoring, incident response and change execution across distributed systems. This hands-on role requires strong technical depth and the ability to guide a security operations team.

You will act as Incident Manager during major outages, mentor analysts, coordinate with engineers and executives, and grow the team through learning opportunities and process improvements.

Formación

• Hands-on monitoring, troubleshooting and issue resolution across distributed systems and supporting infrastructure.
• Experience leading shifts, delegating investigations and deciding on escalation.
• Incident management experience; ITIL certification is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially during high-pressure incidents.
• Experience mentoring peers or informal leadership during shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Do hands-on monitoring, troubleshooting and issue resolution across distributed systems, batch job flows and supporting infrastructure.
• Lead the shift, delegate investigations and change activities, and judge when an event needs action or escalation beyond documented process.
• Act as Incident Manager during major disruptions, keeping tickets clear in both business and technical terms.
• Coach and mentor analysts, and create learning opportunities for the team.
• Communicate with engineers, customers and executives, facilitate meetings, and drive improvement projects with SOC management.
