Job summary

Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) is seeking a Principal Product Manager for New & Emerging Geographies to launch cross-border arcs and grow existing ones. You’ll own the product vision with broad cross-organizational influence in a high-impact role during a pivotal growth phase.

You will define strategy, roadmaps, and partner with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to drive global logistics innovations for sellers and businesses worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and feature backlog from customer insights and metrics.
• Manage P&L for each geographic arc with finance, pricing, and operations.
• Drive growth performance accountability in business reviews using data analytics.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategy with sales, marketing, BD, and operations.
• Influence organizational direction through narratives and leadership reviews.
• Navigate ambiguity to drive a unified global strategy.
