Job summary

LVI Associates in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex glazing and façade projects. You will be the primary client contact, coordinating with architects, general contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced environment, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety across projects valued up to multi-millions within a regional West/Texas footprint.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in commercial glazing or building envelope.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Experience reviewing contracts, schedules, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from contract award through final completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, procurement and field operations teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, architects, consultants and GCs.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, shop drawings and project documentation.
• Mentor and develop junior project staff.
• Attend client meetings and site visits.
• Drive project execution while ensuring quality and safety.
