Job summary

CBRE is seeking a senior Mapping Center Manager to oversee GIS personnel, guide internal processes for geographic information, and coordinate directives from the Mapping Director. The role emphasizes client liaison, growth within the department, and collaboration with management and sales teams to optimize mapping services.

The position requires leadership of GIS teams, budget involvement, and the development of standard templates and techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with emphasis in geo-spatial modeling; four-year college or university.
Master's degree preferred.
8–10 years of related experience and/or training.
GISP or other like certificates preferred.
Real estate license preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage large national mapping projects.
Develop and manage analysis, design, and implementation of mapping tools and templates.
Educate GIS personnel about capabilities, templates, and products.
Educate end users about mapping capabilities to improve request quality.
Coordinate with Mapping Director and Center Manager for client input and service enhancements.
Support hiring, HR processes, and staff management within the Mapping Center.
Assist in marketing mapping services across business units.
