Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a senior GIS operations leader to manage the Mapping Center's GIS personnel and drive internal process improvements.

This role collaborates with management and sales professionals, guides end-user education, and coordinates directives from the Mapping Director to expand and optimize mapping services for national accounts. The position also mentors staff, oversees project scheduling, and participates in budgeting and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Leadership of GIS teams and initiatives.
• Experience coordinating large mapping projects and managing stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise GIS Team Leads, Analysts and Technicians.
• Direct scheduling and allocation of mapping projects.
• Develop and enforce mapping standards, templates, and tools.
• Educate end-user groups on capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with Director of Mapping Services on client input and service enhancements.
• Assist in vendor negotiations and contract details for mapping services.
• Participate in budget formulation and cross-functional processes.
• Provide HR support for Mapping Center staff and hiring.
