Job summary

Summa Health System is seeking a Lead Clinical Pharmacist - Geriatrics for Akron City Campus. This full-time position includes a shared faculty role with NEOMED, focusing on optimizing pharmacotherapy for elderly patients within a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Contribute to ongoing education of staff and residents as applicable.
