Job summary

CCI Inc. in Tennessee seeks a Geotechnical Driller, Crew Foreman to lead a PDUSA crew in field drilling projects and collaborate with the Geotechnical Operations Manager and Drilling Lead to plan, manage and support field activity for a variety of geotechnical drilling projects.

The Driller will ensure safety, production, and proper crew training. The role also involves tracking drilling footage, inventory, and coordinating equipment needs, with occasional travel and out-of-state work as

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
5+ years experience working around drilling and heavy equipment.
2+ years experience in leadership roles supervising others.
Be available for drilling projects that require both in-state and out-of-state travel and overnight visits, as required.
CDL A license is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage PDUSA geotechnical drill crew in field operations.
Coordinate with Operations Manager on budgets and field requirements.
Establish equipment and crew requirements and scheduling.
Support business development through maintaining client relationships and promoting PDUSA to potential clients.
Ensure training competency of PDUSA drill crew members and safety compliance.
Maintain records of drilling footage, tooling usage, and inventories.
Perform equipment inspections, site audits and safety inspections.
