Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in GIS/Earth Science or related Engineering field
5+ years in Image Science, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing/Data Fusion, Geo Imaging/Processing
5+ years creating moving and static 3D models in listed software
1 year of project leadership/oversight
3+ years executing full development lifecycle from requirements to acceptance
1 year of technical proposal support and project management
3+ years in Cost Account Management, Earned Value Management, and Project Scheduling
3+ years in authoring white papers or technical presentations (a plus)

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and implementation of real-time geospatial database solutions
Provide technical leadership, coordinate work, and mentor team members
Develop and maintain GIS, 3D modeling, and visualization products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to meet goals and budgets
Ensure solutions comply with processes and standards
Identify creative solutions to complex technical challenges
Contribute to Windows and Linux development efforts
