Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in GIS/Earth Science or related field
- Experience across full development lifecycle from requirements to customer acceptance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks
- Experience with Windows and Linux development a plus
