Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Lead Geospatial Engineer to drive real-time geo-spatial database content development for high-fidelity simulation and training. The role requires strong GIS, 3D modeling, and visualization skills, plus the ability to communicate and delegate in a fast-paced team environment.

The candidate will lead project tasks, guide junior staff, and collaborate with customers while ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules. Experience on Windows and Linux is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS/Earth Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience across full development lifecycle from requirements to customer acceptance.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience dealing with customers and defining business processes.
• Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks; problem solving with multiple solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead geospatial engineering projects, developing real-time geo-spatial content for simulation and training.
• Design, develop and implement solutions in a collaborative environment with budgets and schedules.
• Oversee and guide team tasks, ensure quality and timely delivery; interact with customers as needed.
• Provide oversight, leadership, and communication within a fast-paced environment.
