Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Hecla’s target generation toolkit with data foundation and workflows.
• Expand and curate the deposit database to capture geology, geochemistry, geochronology, and endowment.
• Design a metallogenic domain framework and translate models into actionable exploration vectors.
• Rank and prioritize generative work areas using statistical and spatial analyses.
• Modernize paper archives into structured, searchable datasets for team access.
• Mentor geoscientists and champion adoption of new tools across the group.
