Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Earth sciences.
• 10+ years in mineral exploration, including field leadership.
• Experience designing and executing exploration programs.
• Strong geological modeling and drill planning.
• Ability to manage exploration budgets.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in district/regional exploration preferred.
• Familiar with modern exploration technologies and data systems.
• Experience in mining companies or large-scale exploration preferred.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, environmental requirements.
