Proven ability to translate regional datasets into drill-ready targets.
Experience securing land positions and designing exploration programs.
Strong analytical, data interpretation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead development of target-generation toolkit and data foundations.
Expand and refine deposit-type targeting criteria and models.
Rank and prioritize generative work areas using statistics and spatial analysis.
Manage budgets and timelines for exploration programs.
Present findings and acquisition recommendations to leadership.
Mentor geoscientists and champion safety culture.
