Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Lead Genius/Lead at our Apple Retail location. You will support the Store Leadership team, energize teams, and ensure an exceptional customer experience through expert repair services and effective team coordination.

In this role you will mentor Genius Bar staff, manage day-to-day operations, and help drive store performance. You’ll engage with customers, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to an inclusive environment aligned with Apple values.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales environments.
• Ability to mentor or lead others.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer-service context.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Support Genius Bar operations and store leadership to deliver efficient repairs and customer experiences.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair hardware and software, and communicate clearly to customers.
• Educate customers on products and services and present relevant recommendations.
• Lead and mentor team members; coordinate training and feedback with leadership.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing and cash handling as needed.
