You will help energize and align the team with store goals, mentor colleagues, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, and communicating effectively with customers while upholding Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Ability to mentor or lead others.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays in store.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Leadership team and lead Genius Bar staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and facilitate timely repairs.
